Diyar Private Academy, Dibba – Early Years and Girls Campus was established in 2008 by H.H. Sheikh Saleh bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Department of Industry and Economy, Fujairah, and Dr. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saleh bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Vice Chairman of Fujairah National Group. Diyar Private Academy was established to provide the citizens and residents of Dibba, Fujairah access to an international style school delivering the American curriculum in English.
Students extend and develop classroom learning in our well-equipped STEAM and science laboratories. They expand their technology skills in our digital learning suites. Students showcase their art skills in our performing and visual art areas. Swimming pools and sports facilities support extra-curricular learning. Students experiencing learning or developmental challenges enjoy the support in our Achievement Center and sensory room.
Diyar Private Academy – Dibba Early Years and Girls Campus is accredited by The American International Accreditation Association of Schools & Colleges (AIAA). Accreditation was obtained because Diyar has successfully maintained an effective educational program and exceeded standards considered essential for quality education. The accreditation is granted for Grades KG to 12.
Accreditation allows our graduates to obtain an American Graduation Diploma along with a diploma from the Ministry of Education.
Our school is an English medium school so all subjects are taught through the medium of English apart from MOE subjects which are taught in Arabic.
Diyar Private Academies are US curriculum schools which follow the New York State Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards. The International Primary (IPC) and International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) ensure strong cross curricular themes and enable students to connect learning to the wider world. The schools follow MOE curriculum for Arabic, Social Studies and Islamic Education. Our Pre-KG students follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS.)
